The project is about capturing the highly under served market of accounting and financial services to SME in India . The potential business available is More than US$ 100 Bn. Looking for i % share in first three years. The advent of Goods and Services Tax Act has made it mandatory for the small businesses to avail these services. The complete project is very vast and has many revenue stream. The challenge is only to regularize the existing eco system and create a new normal for this sector. Business is to provide Accounting and Financial services with great value addition by providing MIS to small and medium businesses all over the country. The sector is presently being served in highly unprofessional manner by semiskilled man force. The greatest weakness of the existing system is that it is not online and the management does not use it's own information for the management of it's own business. The advent of Goods and Services Tax Act has made it mandatory for the small businesses to avail these services. The complete project is very vast and has many revenue streams. The challenge is only to regularize the existing eco system and create a new normal for this sector. Objective is to create a Brand in providing ZERO HEADACHE SOLUTIONs to small and medium Businesses in the field of accounting and finance. Co. aims to take accounting at the door steps of the small businesses and keep the accountant only a click away. One of the major objective is to provide great MIS while maintaining the regular books. Want to take the services to such level that it becomes indispensable for the service taker to take these services for growth of their business and not just for sattutory compliance. Co. Aim to grab 1% share in 3 years and grow exponentially thereafter. This may be the BIG Fifth of future. The whole country is the market for the proposed business. However to begin with the focus will be in North India to cover the large cities having concentration of small businesses. It is estimated that about 100 lacs businesses will be registered for GST. But the actual numbers are much more. Multiple offices can be opened in each city.
