Today, in the age of Information, we can get more out of the machines and be more proactive to the situations and have better solutions. Acme IT solutions having rich experience from #Manufacturing and #IT proposes to combine the best of both the worlds and create an #Industry4.0 ecosystem where it will be possible to get #realtime information from the machines. This in turn will enable the supervisors, engineers and management team to have better control of the situation at hand. We have developed a smart kit which when connected to any (even dumb) machine, you can monitor it's Overall Equipment Efficiency right from Your mobile and laptop from anywhere in the world. Apart from that, we've evolved in vision based quality inspection for manufacturing components. Where we have an ability to CALIBRATE the physical dimensions of respective manufacturing components and produce calibration results via our software which are equivalent to CMM results (with near approximation in microns!) Apart from that, we have gained knowledge and bit of experience in image processing for quality inspection of OK/NOT OK segregation via IoT connected system as well!
