Across Calling is an International and Domestic Based BPO, located in New Delhi, India. Since 2006 we are working with Domestic and US Based Clients and handling their projects including Lead Generation, Survey, Hardcore sales, Customer Support, Welcome calls and many more We are also Channel Partner of Airtel for sales & service to their Corporate Clients. We have worked with the consumer awareness magazine "Voice" where we managed their subscriptions PAN India. We also provide co-working areas for BPOs and budding entrepreneurs. We are in the habit of generating new ideas and products out of blue. We, therefore, always face challenges of resources and support and look for same from Government / relevant people. Our Pending Projects have a huge list including following products and ideas: 1. Children Education & Entertainment; finishing school for adults; etc. 2. Design and development of a product to reduce car heat while parked under sun; Wall Cleaning/sweeping instruments; Ceiling fan cleaning instrument; better design of folding beds, hygienic toilets for ladies; a special soap dispenser; Managing speaker volumes; and so on. We are very much eager to listen to others and talk in detail about these projects and explore their interest so we can co-work. For our day-to-day business survival we take up call center projects and use our experience to produce more employment and offer support to consumers as well businesses.
