We are the Waze of experiencing monuments, tourism sites and points of interest. Poised to disrupt the audio-guide space, Tourio is a one-stop audio solution to experience a point of interest for e.g. Taj Mahal. We have created a mobile-based, location-aware smart audio-guide application which uses blend of cutting edge geo-alert map technology and proprietary algorithms to deliver homegrown audio content, basis tourist’s location within a point of interest. We aim to move the world from virtual-reality driven armchair traveling to experiencing the points of interest physically/ live. By amalgamating technology and tourism, Tourio aspires to become the “agent of change” to enhance how 1.6 Billion leisure travelers explore the world annually. KEY USP’s of TOURIO: - Location Aware - Right content at the right place gets triggered automatically | No user intervention - App Based - Tourist NEED NOT carry any extra device/ collateral such as map, audio handset. Only an iOS/ Android powered mobile device is required. - Works Offline - Tourio doesn’t require an internet connect (data/ Wi-Fi) to function. Charged mobile device and earphones are the only pre-requisites. - Maps and Directional Assistance - The traveler gets access to a self-intuitive map of any site while on tour which enables the traveler to track his/ her coverage of the site and see utility points on map (washrooms, locker, souvenir shops etc.) as a well enable the traveler to sequence and pace the tour. - Available in Multiple Languages and Genres
