iPaaka sprouted from the everyday demands of a fast paced lifestyle – a fast-paced routine, a lack of time, challenging careers, growing health issues etc.,iPaaka, a brand of Aduge Foods Pvt Ltd, offers a selection of 18 ready-to-cook, ready-to-eat, and instant mix items. The recipes are mostly based on traditional Mysore cuisine and were carefully picked to offer some of the simplest to difficult dishes from this region.Solution to address the lack of time problem -Food preparation at home is made incredibly convenient with iPaaka products. Fresh food can be prepared super quickly in under 10-15 minutes. Be it breakfast, lunch box or dinner, all can be prepared with no hassle & absolutely no fuss!Solution to tackle the quality & freshness issue -The products are handmade in small batch sizes to guarantee their freshness. Not producing it in bulk helps control the quality of the products. The products are immediately packed into 3 layered ziplock pouches and heat sealed to keep the fresh aroma intact. The resealable packs ensure that the freshness of the mixes are maintained even after the seal is cut open.Solution to address the preservatives problem -One of the most common chemicals used in the majority of store bought packaged foods are the preservatives. If not labeled as class I/II/III preservatives they are added in the form of citric acid, antioxidants etc. iPaaka uses traditional and natural preservatives such as salt, sugar, natural oils, and curry leaves in place of synthetic chemicals. For example: Salt is known to keep the contents free from bacteria. This process is not only time tested and used for thousands of years but also known to keep the nutritional value of the food intact and hence healthy.Solution to tackle the aftertaste or a strange odour -Generally it is the chemicals & palm oil in the products that gives the cooked food a strange odour or an aftertaste. Since there are no chemicals or palm oil used in the preparation of these mixes there will be no strange smell or aftertaste.
