AEC Plast Private Limited will produce high quality recycles from local post consumer plastic waste for reuse helping to solve India’s plastic waste problems and to advance the circular economy. The company will be the leading recycler of post-consumer plastic waste of beverages bottles commonly known as PET bottles by maximizing the value of PET and Polyolefin plastic. We are a manufacturer of Recycled PET bottles Flakes using PCW & Post Industrial waste as a feed stock and produce Recycled PET (rPET), Flakes and Granules. Nature of Activity: Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET)most commonly in the form of plastic bottles accounts for over 10% of plastic waste in India. Although 90% of these collected and recycled, it is channeled towards traditional application resulting in the low level of circularity. By moving beyond this practices of down cycling PET and through the adoption of technology AEC Plast Private Limited will produce high quality Recycled PET (rPET), Flakes and Granules serving industries across Fashion & Consumer Packaging, Material Handling and Industrial Packaging. We are also positioned to lead the way in developing Food Grade Application which is currently under development. This will help us to achieve maximum value for the plastic waste collected. Fostering plastic circularity, and benefiting the entire value chain. Our Plastics recycling lines significantly reduces the use of virgin petrochemical feedstock and delivers quality products that add value for our customers. We add value to the supply chain and supports its customers with products through the development and innovation, that provide unique performance, comfort, and aesthetic advantages. Site and Locational Advantages The promotors procure industrial land in MIDC Industrial Area admeasuring 7200 sq. Mts. Located at MIDC Industrial Area (Butibori), Nagpur and is approximately 20 Kms from Nagpur City. The promoters are of the opinion that land is more than sufficient to take care of present and future needs of the project. The proposed plant is ideally located for the manufacturing of PET Flex from the point of view of proximity to source of raw material and market for finished product. Manufacturing Capacity PET Bottle Line: - 3 Ton/hr input & 2.4 Ton/hr output. Finished Goods - PET PET is used as a raw material for making packaging materials such as bottles and containers for packaging a wide range of  food products,  other consumer goods.  carbonated soft drinks,  alcoholic beverages,  detergents, cosmetics, produce,  pharmaceutical products and  edible oils. PET is one of the most common consumer plastics used and highly recyclable. Polyethylene terephthalate can also be used as the main material in making water-resistant paper. Environmental Benefits of PET Recycling  Recycling 1 ton of PET saves 7.4 cubic yards of landfill space.  1 Ton of PET recycling saves 4.7 barrels of oil equivalent.  PET is at least 30% more energy efficient that Aluminium or Glass in delivering 1,000 gallons of soft drink.  PET containers have the least environmental impact of all soft drink container systems in terms of the total weight of both total air emissions and total waterborne wastes.  16-ounce PET bottles contribute 68% less solid waste than 16-ounce glass by weight. 16-ounce PET bottles contain 18% less solid waste by weight, as compared to aluminium.
