Aethrone Aerospace is a design,analysis and prototyping firm based in Pune. The idea was to bridge the gap between the cutting edge research in labs,requirement of the Industry/Government and manufacturing capability in Aerospace domain by making machines from scratch design to prototyping. The USP is capability to design and manufacture products in composites,aerospace grade metals,engineering plastics,elastomers,fabric and rapid prototyping-additive manufacturing. The spin off products include composite blades,solar panel ground based and floating structure. The founders and current team come from a background of analytical research,engineering design,manufacturing,paragliders and drone pilots. We have actualized a total of 130 projects combined in low wind speed,high speed rotary flows and lighter-than-air autonomous systems with 116 major Government/Defence labs, Industrial and Private Entities. 6 types of parachutes,gliders,80 kg fixed wing UAV, Missile target,Co-Axial Rotor UAV,FMAV,VAWTs,Airships etc.
