AFATH TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is incorporated on 11/12/2018 with a mission to empower unorganised Mobile retails sector to organised and to enhance the capabilities of retail by optimising the capacity of online/ offline market. Present scenario of unorganised mobile retail sellers: Majority of the unorganised mobile retail sellers are on the verge of closing their business due to their inability to compete with big corporate in terms Technology, Finance, Marketing Strategies, Cost effectiveness etc and due to their conventional format of low-cost retailing. As the power of modern tools and technologies is in the hands of few large Companies, these retailers are finding it difficult to grow their business more than ever before. Example: 1) Mobile recharges mostly moved to online apps like Paytm, Phone Pay, Gpay etc. They are giving cash back along with some special offers 2) Since Flipkart, Amazon, Paytm etc providing best offers rather than unorganized retailers, around 70% mobile sales moved online platforms operated and maintained by said big corporate giants 3) Amazon is commencing micro-outlets all over India. 4) Reliance Digital is starting outlets in all Panchayaths If the present Scenario continues, the unorganized mobile retailers remain only as a word in near future AFATH TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED identified the threat going to affect the retailers in the unorganised sector and based on painful life experienced faced by the promoters of the company worked in this sector, Afath Technologies Private Limited visualised and evolved a unique concept to do the business by uplifting, supporting and rejuvenating the dying unorganised mobile retailers, financially and socially, presently in the state of Kerala and to expand the business strategy to other states in India and then abroad. We are started working on the implementation of the said concept by selecting at least one mobile retailer from 941 Grama Panjayath, 87 Municipality and 6 Corporations in Kerala and including them in our team as a partner or franchise or our outlet in each Grama Panjayath, Municipality, Corporation in Kerala to deliver the product from their shop to customer who ordered for a product from our online platform within one hour of confirmation of order. Our business mantra is “Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas” in mobile retail sector. Our Concept and Operation is unique in following terms; 1) First “RoBo method” sale company, where a customer can order online and buy offline. The term RoBo Method means Research Online and Buy Offline i.e. the Customer can order through our online plat form and purchase same product from nearby retailers associated with us after verifying and confirming the quality of the product. 2) Delivery of Mobile or Mobile Accessories or any other allied items to the customer “within one hour” from his/her confirmation of order in our online platform. 3) Customer who made online order have the option to verify the product before confirmation of the order at our outlet in his or her locality or he can even purchase the said product from the said outlet with the same offer or other benefit offered for online purchase of said product from our online platform. 4) If there is any issues in the product after the online purchase from our online plat form can be solved at our outlet in his or her locality according to the terms and conditions. 5) Adopt a centralised purchase system for all the unorganised retailers who were associated with us and by this the said retailers can enjoy the benefit of bulk purchase and other related offers. 6) Location based promotion through mobile apps that is the customers who registered with us will get notifications of interested product on their mobile, based on locations he passes, with respect of the price variations and availability of the said product with different retailers. It helps customers in cost effective purchase without going for shop around and save his/her money, time, health also it gives promotion to local retailers even in remote areas and increase their competitiveness in the business. 7) Our initiatives will open opportunity of walk into the retailers in the remote areas also 8) Our aim to bring back the customers those who moved away from local retailers based on different benefit provided few big corporate and their online platforms. 9) Our initiatives will make local retailers more competitive in terms of Marketing Strategies, Technology, Cost effectives etc and enable them to effectively and efficiently compete with big corporate who ventured to take all their business and livelihood. 10) Grow our business along with nurturing and supporting un -organised mobile retailers to grow their business more efficiently and effectively than ever before
