To assist, promote, represent, organize, undertake, establish, conduct, handle, arrange, manage, operate, participate, facilitate, encourage and to act as selling agent, dealer, broker, representative, correspondent, retailer, importer, exporter, supplier, franchiser, manufacturer and distributing agents of and for the distribution of all types of:- a) Electric vehicle i.e., two, three, four and multi wheeler including Electric bicycle, Electric Rickshaws, Battery operated rickshaws, E-cart, Electric heavy weight that can be charged through Electronic battery or electricity generated through any renewable/ non- renewable source of power, used for transporting passengers and goods carriers, b) Spare parts and its accessories, thereof inclusive of any equipment like motors, controllers, power trains, batteries, general machines or any advanced energy storage devices like lithium ion battery, Lead acid, super capacitors, fly wheel, GPS systems and its variants which can store energy in form of Electrical, Chemical and Mechanical form like battery, capacitors, fly wheel & its variants. c) Spare parts, systems, assemblies, accessories, merchandize, tools, implements, equipments and all other allied goods, articles & things and to enter into any partnership, collaboration, joint ventures, strategic alliances, tie up, arrangement with Indian and/or foreign companies, institutions, individuals, associations for providing financial and consultancy services for mutual benefits, liasioning with Vehicle Department and other departments for related works such as issue of new driving licence, renewal of DL, issue of fitness certificate and for all kinds of permits and to act as agent or sub-agent of all the vehicles and to do all incidental acts and things necessary for the attainment of the above objects. 2. To carry on business such as import, export, re-licenses, periodic inspections of swapping/ charging Station of all kinds of electronic vehicles & batteries and to provide fleet services.
