1. To carry on the business of cultivation, growing, producing and harvesting of all kinds of flowers, fruits, vegetables, herbs, plants and agricultural produce by employing agricultural operations on agricultural land, including preparation of land, manufacturing, irrigation, sowing, planting, pruning, nursing, and other basic agricultural activities, whether conducted in open fields, polyhouses, shade houses or controlled-environment structures. 2. To undertake cultivation through soil-based or soil-mixed media placed upon or integrated with agricultural land, including controlled-environment farming, protected cultivation, greenhouse farming, and land-based hydroponic/soilless techniques, provided that the core operations remain rooted in and are directly connected with agricultural land, involving basic land preparation, agricultural labour and natural biological processes of plant growth. 3. To develop, maintain and operate agricultural infrastructure such as polyhouses, net houses, greenhouses, nurseries, fertigation systems and irrigation systems on agricultural land for the purpose of conducting agricultural operations and improving crop yield, and to engage labour, machinery and allied agricultural services necessary for carrying out such agricultural activities. 4. To process, pack, grade, store, transport and market the agricultural produce grown on such agricultural land, either directly or through agencies, without changing the essential character of the produce, and to undertake all incidental or ancillary activities that support the primary objective of agricultural cultivation.
