AIRONC Healthcare Technologies Pvt Ltd. is engaged in research and development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) based applications for patient treatment workflows in radiation oncology. Our mission is to improve clinical outcomes and time-to-treatment by the application of these technologies to reduce human error and time involved thus enabling faster and better care to patients. Our solutions will dramatically speed up the treatment workflow, improve patient throughput and reduce waiting time of patients for starting lifesaving cancer treatment. We are developing and validating our solutions in the context of the Indian population needs and disease status of Indian patients and by commercializing this technology we will lower the barriers to cancer treatment in India and other low middle income countries. Our first product is called radonc.ai, a web based application for radiation oncology that uses AI and Machine learning to assist the oncologist in radiation treatment planning for cancer patients by automatically identifying tumours and organs at risk in CT, MRI and PET scans. The company has been founded by Dr. Shirley Lewis who is the CEO and also an Assistant Professor at the Department of Radiotherapy and Oncology, Manipal Comprehensive Cancer Care Centre, Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, Karnataka.
