"Airseal Technology LLP" started with the vision of providing quality product and service to address the ash leakage and air ingress concerns of thermal power plants. Many of Indian companies, contractors, big organization and international players tried to address the concerns of high ash accumulation as up to 9 feet is boiler penthouse and air ingress of about 10 to 30% in boiler, but could not offer the concrete solution. The result was tremendous efficiency and energy loss, environmental and stability concerns. Each boiler was losing up to 20 Million KCal per unit and production loss of 5 to 20 MW per hour. In high demand situations, the plants were losing of specific coal consumptions. With years of experience in power, steel and petrochemical industries and constantly working of energy efficiency, we came out with product “Airseal – An Air Tight Solution” under Airseal Technology LLP. The product was a big success in very small time and performed beyond expectations of all major power generations Companies in India. The client list includes – NTPC (Ramagundam, Kaniha, Kahalgoan, Talcher, Unchahar, Tanda, Mouda, Velllur), Vedanta Aluminium Limited, Bharat Aluminium Co Limited, Hindustan Zinc Limited, Mahagenco Limited, Wardha Power, JSW Energy Limited. We have also addressed to the efficiency improvement of INS Vikramaditya and INS Jalashwa the main stay of Indian Navy. With our unique products, we were able to reduce the: 1. Ash accumulation in boiler penthouse. 2. Air Ingress in to boiler furnace. 3. Clinkerization on boiler tube. Thereby: 1. Reducing Specific Coal Consumption 2. Increased ID Margin 3. Reduced heat and energy loss 4. High power generations.
