Chocolate industry is growing at a steady growth rate of 25%. The chocolate market in India is estimated at around 40,000 tons valued at approx. Rs. 12 billion. Our company has identified a market need and proposes to launch world class exclusive products. The premium chocolate market segment does not have competitors locally. As the net worth of the individuals are increasing in India we are expecting a lot more customers preferring premium chocolates. The products have already been developed and test marketed with success. The brand ‘LISO’ has been registered and product is available at market in limited measure. Objectives: To manufacture and provide the customers with international quality chocolate products at affordable prices. Raw Materials are sourced locally from robust supply chain and supplier. To ensure a great working environment for employees To ensure a hygienic & safe production facility To strive, meet and exceed customer’s expectations and have a sustainable relationship. The company is promoted by an internationally trained chocolatier, Mr. Kishore George. He is trained in industrial manufacturing of chocolates from Germany and Italy. He has experience in gourmet products from Australia and Canada from internationally renowned chefs. Having trained abroad, the international exposure to equipment and consultants will be very useful. He has gained immense experience in production, sales and marketing as a co-founder of Liso Chocolatier. He holds a TGM certification in management from INSEAD, France. As the company is situated in Kerala, there is a large pool of talented food technologist. We have employed couple of them in our production floor and quality control department. Thriving to be the best in Chocolate making has been a constant journey towards that goal. Our products have been accepted by most of the 5-star hotel chains and A class outlets across Kerala.
