IT WAS RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: The Company do borrow from the Bank additional GECL Limit under GECL 1.0 Extention scheme amounting to Rs 10.59 lakhs with Aggregate limit of Rs 76.151 Lakhs IT WAS FURTHER RESOLVED THAT: THAT the Common Seal of the Company be affixed to the said security documents, in the presence of and they be signed by one of the directors of the company, Mr. Sanjeev Shrivastav for the time being and that such documents be there after delivered to the Bank. RESOLVED FUTHER THAT any acknowledgement or confirmation of debt and/or security which may be required by the Bank be executed at any time for and on behalf of the Company by all the director or any one of the Directors of the Company for the time being. RESOLVED FURTHER THAT, a copy of this Resolution, duly certified by MRS. NISHA SETH, DIRECTOR & MR. SANJEEV KUMAR SRIVASTAVA, DIRECTOR be submitted to the Bank and the Bank be requested to act upon the same.
