Al Shaykh Resorts, located on Airport Road in Hyderpora, is owned by Sheikh Mukhtar Ahmad. The property boasts 21 deluxe rooms and 4 presidential suites, along with a 3,000 square foot food and beverage area. The restaurant space is versatile and can be converted into a banquet hall. With a built area of 4,500 square feet and a total property area of approximately 12,000 square feet, the resort offers ample space for guests. Surface parking is available for up to 20 vehicles, and there is a lift elevator servicing all floors. The property is equipped with a comprehensive HVAC system for hot and cold air conditioning, as well as a CFM fresh air-exhaust system. Guests enjoy uninterrupted hot water supply thanks to a heat pump facility, and essential services are provided through a dedicated power sub-station and 24/7 generator backup. Safety measures include fire fighting equipment and an automatic fire alarm system, with necessary NOC obtained from the Fire & Emergency Department. Additionally, the property features three kitchens (wet, dry, and live), a cold store room, a ration store room, a bakery making room, a uniform locker and change room, a staff canteen, residential quarters for staff, and a sewage treatment plant.
