Blockchain and AI aplications in loyalty programs are rare and we are implementing these as a progressively innovate start-up to offer relevance and convenience to our customers. Our Loyalty Program’s objective is to have digitally enabled merchant stores, equipped with the latest technological developments in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain solutions, to provide a single, universal platform for merchants and consumers. Merchants can reward tokens to their customers for their loyalty. Consumers can redeem those tokens either in the same store or any other store connected to the Blockchain system. The idea is to ? Provide convenience to the consumers in gathering and spending their reward tokens and ? Help merchants build loyalty customers and also get access to huge data on consumer buying behaviour.
