A. MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY TO BE PURSUED ON ITS INCORPORATION ARE:- 1. To prepare, manufacture, process, market, trade, import, export, improve, sell and deal in all kinds of agro/agri/food products including but not limited to spices, oil seeds, grains, vegetables, herbs, pickles and other items derived from agricultural, farming or relevant activities. 2. To set up and carry on the business as breweries, distilleries and manufacturers of and merchants and dealers in beer, liquor, port, stout, wines, whiskies intoxicating or not, produced from all kinds of ingredients, raw materials and malt products, hops, yeast, essences, flavours, concentrates and such other relating products. 3. To carry on the business of dealers, stockiest, distributors and agents and to act as vendors, exporters and imports of brewers and distilleries and to deal in mineral water, portable water, carbonated drinks, temperance drink, mock tails, non-alcoholic, soft and hard drink, sprit and wine merchants and items made from alcoholic based products milk and milk products and beverages of every description. 4. To carry on the business as vendors, importers, exporters, bottlers, wholesaler, retailers, distributors, stockiest, dealers, godown keepers, C&F Agents, del credere agents, marketers, merchandiser of all kinds of alcoholic spirits, including India Made Foreign Liquor, Foreign Made Foreign Liquor as well as Country Liquor, Beverages, Wines and Others similar products, such as brandy, whisky, rum, gin, beer etc., whether made of natural or synthetic materials. 5. To carry on all or any of the businesses of hope merchants, an growers, malt factors, corn merchants and importers, and distillers, coopers and bottlers, bottle makers, bottle stopper makers, potters, manufacturers of and dealers in aerated and mineral waters, and other drinks, licensed victuallers, hotel keepers, beerhouse keepers, restaurants keepers, lodging house keepers, ice manufacturers and merchants, tobacconists, farmers, dairymen, yeast dealers, grain sellers and drinkers, finings manufacturers and isinglass merchants. 6. To carry on the business of providing Business Support Services whether information technology enabled or otherwise, including but not limited to providing back office services, enterprise content and data services, Supply Chain Management, advisory services, public relation ,administrative services, promotional activities and to carry on the business of hotel, restaurant , snack bars, catering and others. 7. To Carry on business as importers, exporters, agents of bottles, cartons, labels and other packing materials to be used for the purpose of pursuing the main objects mentioned at paragraphs 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 7 above.
