All Things Baby at it’s core is a vertical commerce business which enables to make new parent lives simpler by offering curated merchandise in maternity & baby products via both online and offline channels. The Company identified a gap in Indian market where specialized need-based products for maternal care, babies brain-development, travel and safety, etc. were not easily available to Indian parents. These were western solutions that the Company felt Indian parents should have access to. For this purpose, The Company operates an e-commerce platform that curates high-quality products from both Indian and international brands. The aim is to provide parents with authentic, high-quality, and relevant products that support their parenting journey. The Company also has a flagship brand called Brainsmith, which focusses on developing early learning toys for babies to provide innovative and high-quality wooden toys designed to stimulate brain development and growth in young children. The toys are made in India and is in in sync with the government initiative of Make in India for the world. To further assist parents, the Company actively creates content through social media channels and blogs. This content is designed to help parents navigate the new and often challenging stages of parenting, offering tips, advice, and support to make their journey smoother and more enjoyable.
