The platform helps them build, manage, and market different categories of real estate assets, including retirement homes, student hostels, co-living spaces, rental housing, holiday homes, farms and plotted lands, standalone malls, hotels, warehouses, and managed offices. ALT RealTech Private Limited is a disruptive solution for investing in income-generating real estate. ALT RealTech is a private, fractional, and tokenised real estate investment platform for accredited retail investors and asset owners. Our aim is to dematerialize real estate through digital transformation and, in the process, unchain and democratize ownership of physical assets. We are committed to creating a new digital real estate asset class that will allow investors to relook at their investment strategies and make rent-generating real estate assets an integral part of any investment portfolio.
