Our company specializes in manufacturing advanced automation systems tailored for the packaging and converting industry. We have successfully developed and tested an Industrial loT system designed to track production in printed, laminated flexible packaging, woven sacks, paper, nonwoven, and other roll-to-roll and roll-to-sheet production plants and it also generates reports on energy consumption of each machine during the production. Our system enables manufacturers to monitor real-time production data remotely, track energy consumption of their machines, even in their absence from the factory premises. By ensuring continuous tracking and accountability, our solution improves operational efficiency, energy efficiency significantly reducing material wastage and saving tons of raw material annually across Indian manufacturing units. In addition, we have developed a 100% online printed web inspection system with defect detection for inspecting web materials such as Flexibles, Labels, Paper, Wovensack, Textiles and more on different printing presses and inspection machines. Currently, within the Indian market, similar systems are either imported or assembled from overseas components, making them expensive and accessible only to large-scale companies.
