Ambition Services Private Limited (AMBITION) is a new age Business Correspondent institution promoting universal financial inclusion and is registered as private limited company under Companies Act 2013. Ambition is promoted by professionals who have extensive and diverse experience in working with marginalized and underserved sections of society especially in providing financial and allied services through banking and NBFC channels. The founders have over 18 years of experience in banking and microfinance space and were core team members and angel investors in a leading MFI Fusion Microfinance and owned over 17% equity at the start-up stage. Ambition is working with financial institutions to further the reach of financial services to the under banked and low income group communities largely in rural areas. Ambition wish to provide microfinance loans, enterprise loans, insurance, Two-wheeler loans, No frill bank account, Recurring deposits and other such financial services needed by the clients at their doorstep on behalf of banks and other financial institutions. Ambition aspires to provide choices to the unbanked/underserved for availing financial services appropriate to their needs. Ambition is using Jayam Technology software for managing the customer loan portfolio and is working to introduce software based observation capturing/ compliance reporting system for field/branch monitoring & supervision as well as for internal audit function. As of 31st August 2019, company has 21 branches with 38284 customers and cumulative loan disbursement of over INR 170 Crores and AUM of over INR 66.51 Crores. The team has 167 energetic employees.
