This company has been established with the view of providing city based private schools with a host of services directed at capacity building of school leadership and teachers, skilling of students, and orientation of parents, based on latest educational research and findings, with the central purpose of further enhancing the quality of education that children, as future citizens of the country and builders of the nation receive. Payam Shoghi, the co-founder of this company has over 30 years of experience in the field of education, with about 15 years in school leadership roles. He is also an adept teacher trainer with some 20 years of experience, empowering hosts of teachers in different parts of the country to adopt innovative approaches in the areas of pedagogy and classroom teaching/learning, classroom management, and a comprehensive approach to moral and value education. His expertise in enabling desired behaviour and attitudinal change has been a key success factor in his work with schools and teachers. Having worked within the system, he now seeks to extend his experience and expertise, through agency of the company, to a much wider expanse of schools, teachers, students and parents in India. Just as the company was gaining momentum in its internal process of consolidation and preparedness to start offering its programmes, the Corona pandemic arrived. With the current easing of the pandemic, and opening up of schools to in-person attendance of students, we are now set to launch ourselves. A gathering of school Principals is being planned for the first week of June by way of an 'awards function' to launch the company, introduce the participating Principals to our programmes, and following up with them post the event, for delivering our programmes. The company is currently engaged in the process of identifying and subsequent on-boarding of potential 'freelancers' and 'trainers' for gradually scaling its operations in an increasing number of centres in India. We are also currently giving final touches to our company website, brochures and other promotionals. Any assistance offered to our fledgling company by way of mentoring and funding will be deeply appreciated.
