A platform where a landlord can verify details of existing tenants, their past history of occupations and feedbacks from previous landlords. In today’s Indian scenario, its hard for tenants to find house or shop as landlords are speculative about their history of occupations and often hesitate to offer their property to unknows. Most of the time students who are single are not able to find property for rent. In most of the cases today landlords offer their properties for rent via references or brokers, where also its not guaranteed that the tenant is a good tenant, who pays rent on time and doesn’t create nonsense where they stay in landlords’ property. So there is a strong need for a mechanism where landlord can verify tenants, go through their past history and past feedbacks from previous landlords. Our approach here is to build an online platform where we would list tenants as well as landlords. We will list tenants with details like Name, Current address, Permanent address, Contact no, Aadhar no, PAN no, Local reference contact no. (if any), their previous house/shop occupation history like previous landlord Name, Contact no, Address, Feedback of previous landlord etc. We would send message to previous landlords for their feedbacks either via third party application or from our application if at all landlord is registered with us. (Aadhar verification can be added for additional authenticity) We can add location tags like whenever landlord logins his dashboard would show total no of tenants searching for property in his 5 km radius. We can also add tag to tenants like actively searching for property or not. We would also list landlords with details like Name, Property address, Contact No, Property details, Feedback from previous tenants etc. Tenants and landlords can pass on leads to other tenants and landlords. (Registered to our platform) Whenever any tenant applies for a rented property, a landlord would search his name or contact no from application and if he has registered to our application, the application would immediately fetch details of him with all information mentioned in the second point. And if details are satisfying to landlord he/she would proceed for a deal. Landlord would be charged for profile search. We guess idea is highly practical and can be implemented with proper execution. It would be a web based as well as Saas platform. Landlords can download entire history of potential tenants in a single page. (of course chargeable) Tenant can also get reliability and character certificate from landlord. (chargeable for tenant)
