To maintain a democratic administration in the company, none of the members are allotted more than 5% of the shares in the company. The Company has also added landless farmers to ensure regular employment for them to create a financial security for their families. There is lot of enquiries to join our company as members; however, our management team has taken a decision to admit only members who have likeminded objective of producing quality products with priority being given to landless farmers Company history Mr. AnburajuSenniappan who have been thinking of bringing together the Farmers of region into association to ensure a better pricing for the farmers produce and also to regularly educate the farmers about the new technologies in cultivation. This is when he was informed about the Farmer Producer Organization and its benefit in organizing the farmers under a Farmer producer Company. He discussed this with the other present management of the company and after getting the trust of the farmers in the region, he along with 10 members started M/s. ANBALAYA FARMER PRODUCER COMPANY LIMITED on 21st August, 2019. Subsequent to the registration of the company, the management added new members and currently there are 1000 members with a share capital of Rs.10,00,000 (Ten lakhs only). We feel that during the next year, we will be able to achieve an average total turnover of Rs.40 Lakhs per months in the year 22-23 Advisory Committee To have a democratic administration for the company, the company has created a management committee to advise the Board of Directors on the legal and administration of the Company. The Management Committee is formed by 3Directors, 5 Members, Auditor, Expert in the field of agriculture and a legal advisor
