STARTUPINDIA – RADHAKRISHNAN VPS - ANGEL STARCH & FOOD PVT LTD - FOUNDER – BUSINESS PROFILE - I am Radhakrishnan VPS having 30 years of experience in Starch Industry since 1990. I am an Expert in Starch Modifications and Application of different starches for various Industries, Founder and Managing Director of Angel Starch and Food Pvt Ltd, started in the year 2010 for manufacturing of customised Value added Starches, Carbohydrates, Hydrocolloids for Food, Textile, Pharma, Biopolymers, Paper, Packaging Industries, Nutraceuticals and various different industries applications. For Food Industry we are manufacturing Functional Food Ingredients, Food Additives, Real Instant Food Products in the Brand Name Foodix (Food Mixes), HerbaNaa(Herbal&Natural). My focus is to create highest value for Basic Agro Products of Tapioca Starch,Maize Starch,Potato Starch,Millets which are manufactured from Tapioca,Maize,Potato,Millets which are plentifully available in India. When we can create the highest value for the basic Agro product, it can increase the purchase price of the Agri products like, Tapioca,Maize,Potato,Millets and further, it will enhance the livelihood of the Farmers who are in bottom of the value chain system. Our vision is to Serve the Scientific Nutritional values of Traditional Indian&SouthEast Cuisine system to the Western Countries and in the most Exciting,Conveniently Palatable way as per needs of the present generation. Our State of Art Production facility is in Tamilnadu, Erode District, PERUNDURAI - SIPCOT(STATE INDUSTRIES PROMOTION CORPORATION OF TAMILNADU)- INDUSTRIAL ESTATE- Which is situated 20 KMs from Erode. We are Obsessed for Quality and are Certified for QMS- ISO-9001:2015 ; FSMS- ISO22000:2018 ; BRC (British Retail Consortium) all Certified by SGS(WHICH IS THE MOST RESPECTED CERTIFICATION AGENCY IN THE WORLD) and ZED (By Quality Council of India) ;FSSAI, HALAL and GOTS. Our production process is designed by European Starch experts and Our Machines are from Italy, Netherlands and Germany. From Angel Starch & Food Pvt Ltd, since 2016, We have been manufacturing Functional Food Ingredients and Food Additive Modified Starches, Ready To Eat, Ready To Cook, Ready to Use food Products. In the year 2017 We launched our "Foodix"-Ready To Eat, Ready To Cook, Ready to Use Retail & HoReCa Brand focussing on Healthy and Tasty Real Instant Food Products Without Chemicals, Preservatives,Trans Fats,MSG. In Foodix we are serving Instant Soups, Herbal Soups, Milkshake mixes, Crispyfry Mixes, (KFC Chicken kind of Instant Crispiness enhancers without the need of Marinating), Instant Tastemaker Masala Seasonings, Instant Health Drinks, Instant Health Mixes, Etc. We are the first company in India to Serve Herbal Soups Even through Vending Machines. Further we focus on bring real Instant food products based on Millets. We are planning to serve this concept in Western Countries. Our New Brand "HerbaNaa" will focus on packaged Herbal∨ganic Food Products. I have very strong expertise in modification of Amylopectin of different starches and carbohydrates. We are manufacturing different kinds of Physically Modified Starches used in different Food Industries to Replace Trans Fats and below mentioned chemically Cross Linked Starches used in different Industries which are Import Substitute products- E1410-Monostarch phosphate used as Stabiliser,thickener,binder E1411-Distarch glycerol used as Stabilizer,thickener,binder E1412-Distarch phosphate used as Stabiliser,thickener, binder E1413-Phosphated distarch phosphate used as Stabiliser,thickener,binder E1414-Acetylated distarch phosphate used as Emulsifier,thickener E1420-Acetylated starch, mono starch acetate used as Stabiliser,thickener 1421-Acetylated starch, mono starch acetate used as Stabiliser,thickener ; E1422-Acetylated distarch adipate used as Stabiliser,thickener,binder ; 1423- Acetylated distarch glycerol used as Stabiliser,thickener . Angel Starch and Food is the Only company in India, doing these kinds of Crosslinked Starch Modifications in Ecofriendly Dry process using imported Schugi FlexoMix (Manufactured by Hoskawa Micron–Netherlands). I have a Strong subject expertise on Applications of Starch also and I have developed the First and Only Mobile App in the World for the usage of Different kinds of Chemically Modified Starches in the Textile Warp Yarn Sizing Industry, considering various parameters like Yarn count, Yarn Strength (CSP), Fabric Constructions, Loom Types, Loom Speed, Etc,. With these mobile App the users can easily Achieve the best productivity using Modified Starch Products. We have taken 100’s of variable parameters to derive the best Textile yarn Sizing recipe. As we have strong passion and expertise in Data Mining and Data Analytics, we are focussing on these kinds of technical solution to Healthcare by offering precision Nutrition Solutions for Humanity.
