Anigel Manufacturing Private Limited for the making Gelatin and protein hydrolysate and Keratin Hydrolysate within India.As a part of XII Five Year plan projects of CSIR-CLRI, “Zero Emission Research Initiatives for Solid Wastes in Leather (ZERIS)”, a technology lead for the effective utilization of raw hide and skin trimming wastes was obtained. Further this technology lead was granted from CSIR as a project under the fast track translational mode. As per this technology, manufacture of high grade Gelatin and Protein hydrolysates from raw hide/skin trimmings is possible. Hence the technology developed by CSIR-CLRI is towards complete utilization of proteinous constituents present in the trimmings. This technology is exclusively licensed to our Company in India for production.
