It is registered under the Companies Act, 2013. • There are 981 shareholders in the company and 10 BODs are managing the business and operations. • The Authorized and paid-up capital of the company are 15 lac and 9.81 lac • The FPC is operating in the Kolathur block and covering 11 villages in 14 village panchayats of Kolathur Block, Salem District. • The FPC has done a turnover of INR 2.95 lac in FY 20-21 and INR 53.65 in FY 21-22 through the selling of Agricultural inputs, Installation of drip irrigation to farmers. • The FPC has established good social capital among their farmers through the procurement of outputs and immediate payment to their accounts through the support of Samunnati. Business activities: The FPC is involved in Drip irrigation installation to farmers with subsidy coverage for taking dealership with Kothari Irrigation, Mahindra EPC, Paragon Companies and covering an area of 60 ha. Annai kaveri has involved in selling Agri Cultural Inputs with soil sample test kit. Annai kaveri has entered into minor millets value addition Annai kaveri has involved in supply chain of commodities fruits like papaya and vegetables watermelon, green chillies through way cool.
