1. To investigate and certify on behalf of any company, corporation, body corporate, industries, firm, association or any person and (a) collect information and data and submit reports on feasibility of new projects and/or improvement to and/or expansion of existing projects; and (b) diagnosis operational difficulties and weaknesses and suggest remedial measures to improve and modernize existing units. (c) Undertake technical work related to conference halls, convention centers, holiday resorts, cinema, hotels, clubs, theatres, recreation centers, schools and provide related recreation content for these establishments. (d) Obtain license on behalf of these establishments for the purpose of doing such business. 3. To prepare and submit overall and detailed plans for civil and industrial execution to any company, corporation, body corporate, industries, firm, association or any person with regard to New projects and/or Improvements and/or expansion of the existing project. 4. To enter into any arrangement by way of a turnkey project involving supply of technical, civil, administrative, plant and merchandise, information, knowledge and experience and as such, undertake for and on behalf of a client to set up any plant or project in or outside India and to enter into any contract and bid for execution of such works and to carry out purchase or rent or enter into a lease agreement for a house, premises or land plot for the purpose of carrying out business.
