Our offerings are unique in a way that we are an umbrella of everything food. Our inspired tasting menus are one of a kind. Each dish is unique and original. Even our regional menus will have dishes that are lesser known - curating it with a lot of attention and thought. Our products are backed by constant innovation and discovery and at the same time, connected to our memories and helping guests make happy memories around food. That makes us a unique identity in the field of food. Food is one of the top choices for happiness quotient, be it eating food, discussing food or even watching a food based show. The idea of good time with friends, family or even business associates is centered around food and the discussions are about memories of food. While there are many establishments dishing out delicious food, the lack of quality time with the right ambience and a feeling of comfort is lacking. Hospitality began with the thought of feeling of comfort, love and care towards the guest. We are a nation who have this imbibed in us. We believe in reflecting that in our service towards our guests. Our detailing, right from the time the guest calls us to the importance of their needs - allergies, religious dietary sentiments, preferences are taken into account and delivered in the experience. We also go one step ahead in remembering the details to curate a better experience for the guest the next time they call us to come over. This gives them a feeling of care, love and belonging. We also try and give them a new sensory experience everytime they visit us. This is done in a process driven approach. Not just individuals but even corporates are looking for places outside of work where they can host events that are exclusive and can deliver quality time for their employees. We offer them a space and an event that is executed flawlessly for their requirement and a shift in our process to cater to their guests traveling from outside of India - so they can proudly present our culture to their visitors. Watching a cooking program is one of the most satisfying watches, showing your skills or learning new skills comes next in line on the satisfaction / feel good about oneself meter. We hand-hold the learning experiences with deeper understanding of the topic or even make learning a fun and bonding activity for a group. Be it a new-age baking / cooking technique or a Indian regional food recipe, it is backed by hands-on cooking, historical overview, tips, tricks, science and practicals to completely enjoy the experience. We also have a process in place that helps us become a central unit to aggregate farmers, researchers, consumers, historians, travellers and home cooks to showcase, sell and fuel further understanding and innovation. We are a community of like Minded people coming together towards common events, having fun together, finding solutions for the biggest movement towards the future of food.
