ARC makes available a wide range of mobility use-cases at a fraction of the cost of existing scheduled corporate travel options, along with benefits of a centralized paperless billing system & tracking etc, . it reduces the time and effort spent by the administration teams in arranging transport for company employees and guest(s) as well as replaces the highly time-consuming and error prone process of transport bill reimbursements, with technology that automatically tracks travel expenses down to each executive without any human intervention. The solution also enables corporate customers to customize ride policies for different groups of employees, as per the needs of the company, giving complete control over the entire process to the administration teams. Post verification of official/personal email address, employees will see a new toggle option ‘Corporate Ride’ on the confirmation screen at the time of booking. On enabling this, the ride is subjected to the policies and payment flow that the company has setup with ARC Cabs. All standard in-app features like Share Ride Details, Estimation of ride fare, rate cards, Emergency Contacts, SOS, and Number Masking are active for users of ARC Cabs as well. ARC users can choose from the wide range of categories across in-house transportation services. The employee and guest(s) has the flexibility and ease of hailing cabs as and when required for business and to charge it to company’s centralized account vice versa. With convenient app based bookings and easily seen average ETAs on app, ARC significantly cuts the time wasted in waiting for scheduled transport. Centralized billing makes the entire process of applying for transport reimbursements redundant for corporate travelers and organizations resulting in improved business productivity.
