ARETO HOLDINGS PRIVATE LIMITED

Ahmedabad, Gujarat

DPIIT recognised District Professional & Commercial Services

In their own words

Areto Holdings Private Limited is a Gujarat-based brand-building and brand-licensing enterprise developing consumer brands across food, hospitality, and lifestyle categories. Our first brand, ZESTVIK, is a premium vegetarian Quick Service Restaurant concept in active development, with a Phase 0 cloud kitchen pilot planned in Ahmedabad on Swiggy. House of Riddhi Dabhi (HORD), our second brand, is a boutique fashion and lifestyle concept in early conceptualization. Areto Holdings is structured to centralize intellectual property — trademarks, design assets, brand systems, and operational SOPs — and license these to independent operating partners under formal Brand License Agreements. This IP-first architecture is designed to create a scalable, asset-light platform for building multiple consumer brands from a single Indian MSME entity.

What we do not know

We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A record existing here means a record exists, not that a business is trading.

Is this your company?

Everything here comes from public government records. If something is wrong, the authoritative place to correct it is the Startup India portal itself, and we will pick the correction up on the next monthly snapshot. To flag an error on our side, write to trust@indianstartupmap.com.
