However, once deployed, these systems operate without oversight: at the scale of 100,000+ calls a month, no team can review even 1% of conversations, so errors repeat silently across thousands of calls and are typically fixed by trial-and-error prompt editing, with no way to verify that a fix actually worked.Arios Voxa addresses this with an innovation not offered end-to-end by any existing platform: an automated improvement system. Every call is recorded, transcribed, and scored for quality; recurring failures are automatically grouped by root cause; the platform proposes a corrective change, tests it safely in stages (replayed on past calls, then a silent trial, then a small share of live traffic), statistically verifies the improvement, and deploys it only after human approval, with instant rollback. As a result, agents measurably improve every week instead of remaining at launch quality.The platform is fully built and live on Indian telephone networks, with enterprise pilots underway in the lending/collections and real estate sectors. Built in India for Indian languages and regulatory requirements, Arios Voxa aims to become the reliability layer that enables safe, accountable AI adoption by Indian enterprises, while creating high-skill engineering employment in India.
