Our Company is a one-stop solution for outsourcing various business processes with a prime focus on catering to the needs of the financial sector. This enables the Banks and other Financial Institutions to focus on their core activities. The Company has adopted various innovative techniques and has significantly improvised on the business process outsourcing experience of clients. While a normal Vendor works with a small team, restricted to adhoc processes, is focused merely on collections, lacks ownership and works on best effort basis, our Company works with large teams, is SOP oriented, is focused on collections as well as compliance, corporate governance, work force management, business optimization etc., the work is digitally led, backed with an enterprising team and is performance driven. The services provided by our Company are a unique blend of digital solutions, tele-calling services, HR services, FOS capabilities, on-feet offline services. The Company also facilitates implementation of digital tools such as Smart IVR & Smart SMS for higher traceability, penetration & output which will be driven by Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). Our Company aims towards ensuring compliance adherence, cost optimization, human resource expertise, workforce management, attrition control and enhanced productivity. The Company is ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified. The Company has been providing its services since year 2019 and as on date has various marquee clients and more than 14,000 employees onboard.
