We found that dung collection and handling is the genuine problem of dairymen/ livestock handler.We made machine for dung collection and handling purpose with simple mechanism which can collect dung cake within less than second and store into the bin. We also applied patent for this machine which is competitive advantage for us (Patent App. No.: 201721045124). Optimum storage capacity of bin is 40-70 kg approx. when the dung collection process is completed or bin is filled by dung; operator can fold all collection mechanism. After that he can carry cart and discharge all previously stored dung as wherever want to discharge. This machine is available in manually as well as electrically operated as per user convenience. Due to this dung collection and handling process becomes faster and requires less effort to the operator which saves money. Due to the simple mechanism it is in budget of lower and middle class dairyman and maintenance cost is also low. It doesn’t require any special skill to operate. There is no direct contact of dung and operator so, it make job more decent and hygienic. Our product is the perfect solution for this problem because of its budget cost. We also got some positive feedback from customers. We are looking for two step funding. We are at the stage of having a minimum viable product. Our plan is to get seed funding of 20 lacs and launch 50 machines in the market. Instead of investing in fix assets will procure material and child parts from the supplier. We will make its assembly at our end & launch in the market. This first 50 product gives us feedback from customer about its durability, efficiency and requirements. This feedback boosts our confidence and also helps while making future strategies. After this step next step is to make changes in the model as per user convenience according to the feedback and launch it first on national level which will need funding of approx 2cr.
