The first product of ARYY TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LLP was “Foot operated hand sanitizer dispenser” At present the team ARYYTS redesigned and manufactured the Foot operated Hand Sanitizer Stand” and sold out about 50 products through amazon and retails. This hike in the sales of sanitizers is a clear indication of the shift in the priority of people, who are now extremely conscious about their health and hygiene. Previously this product was designed and manufactured under K Square Company by our partners. By keeping goal in mind, this startup was established in year 2020, by its four partners Prof. Rajesh G. Bodkhe, Prof. Yogesh Y. Nandurkar, Mr. Atharva D. Kalbande and Mr. Yatharth A. Kunnawar at Technology Business Incubation (TBI) Centre, Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering, Nagpur. This startup established for itself as one of the manufacture of machinery and equipment’s, suppliers of premium quality Equipment. Manufacture of other general purpose machinery such as fans intended for industrial applications, exhaust hoods for commercial laboratory or industrial use; calendaring or other rolling machines other than for metal or glass; gaskets and similar joints made of a combination of materials or layers of the same materials including parts and accessories for general purpose machinery and equipment, computer programming, consultancy and related activities, architecture and engineering activities; technical testing and analysis, scientific research and development on natural science and engineering, other professional, scientific and technical activities, specialized design activities and service provider for education support systems. Background of the Startup: The Coronavirus period has resulted in an economic downturn, long lockdowns, and people hesitant to step out of their homes even during the unlock phase. Every sector was facing a huge slack, be it the product manufacturing or the services industry. However, there is one particular product that was previously underestimated but has suddenly seen a huge upsurge in demand i.e. sanitizers. As the lockdown began lifting in phases, the need for sanitizers at public places such as hospitals, markets, workplaces, offices, etc. has increased all the more. Not only at the entrances, but also after coming in contact with commonly touched objects, people are sanitizing their hands regularly. The sanitizer dispensers are now an efficient and resourceful way to sanitize, rather than sticking to the traditional sanitizer bottles. Objective of Startup: The main objectives of the Startup are: (a) The foot operated hand sanitizer stand with proper specifications which help to avoid spill and wastage of sanitizer liquid. (b) To reduces any chance of wastage and makes them highly economical. (c) To increase the consciousness in people about their health and hygiene. (d) To avoid the use of traditional sanitizer bottles for sanitizing hand of people. Detailed Description of Startup: Our product design is simple and manually foot operated. No spring were used for the foot operation like other products. The fulcrum pin mechanism was used for the foot operation which increases the life of our product. Because of user friendly design, powder coated metal body and hassle-free performance, it is easy to operate. This product is floor mounted and for its stability, heavy mild steel plate of 4 mm thickness was used. The following steps were involved to obtained the final product 1) Initially market survey was carried out to study about the similar available product in the market. 2) Keeping ergonomics view in mind, initially the 2D drawing prepared as per dimensions. 3) Mild steel Material was used for better strength and higher resistance for corrosion. 4) For much smoothness we used tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding for the perfect joints. 5) We used adjustable knob and bottle holder for fitting of different size of bottles upto maximum limit of 1 litre. 6) Fulcrum pin was used instead of spring to increase the life of product. 7) Pedal was designed and fitted on base plate in such a manner that it can easily operate by giving very little pressure by foot. 8) Powder coating used to avoid rusting and looking good product. 9) Low in weight so that it can easily movable from one place to another place. The products were manufactured by the team in accordance with the industry set parameters under the supervision of expert professionals.
