Rent In Doon Website We are a full service rental advisors and managers. We are focused on rental properties only. Through our website we want to provide ease of property searching and advertising. The service is focused on rental properties in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The future is to expand it throughout India. Through Rent In Doon, we want to make sure owners interest are secured by registering rental agreements and by doing complete tenant check. At Rent In Doon, apart from police verification we would also do income verification. The owners would be educated about the benefits of showing their rental income in income statement and registering the lease agreement with the government. Apart from that, we will also assist owners who are not living in Dehradun but have properties in Dehradun and want to either get them rented or keep them as vacation homes. We have worked with a rental management company in US for four years and have experience and knowledge of rental property management. Availing homes for vacation rentals and managing rental is the main focus of the business. Apart from that, through our business, we will also provide repair and maintenance services to owners and tenants. Our labor is experienced and we make sure we have proper documentation for verification. We want to bring a standard rate and quality of doing repairs, so that work can be guaranteed and people do not have struggled to keep their properties and non property items in proper condition.
