To carry on the business of melting, smelting, processing, manufacturing, assembling, refining, forging, converting, producing, developing, refining, drawing, sinking, mining, exporting, importing, trading, and distributing of all kinds and forms of casting, ferrous and Non ferrous alloys, metals, auto spares and parts, sponge iron, Iron & Steel including mild, high carbon spring, tools , high speed tools, implements, dies, jigs, steel pipes and tubes and pipe fittings, iron and Steel products, cast iron and Steel and tubular structural alloys, stainless steel and special steel, iron, metals and alloys ingots, billets, rollers and other material made wholly or partly of iron steel alloys and metals required in or used for all purposes including but not limited to purposes i.e. industrial, defence, agriculture, transport, commercial and/or domestics building power transmission and/or construction purpose.
