Aspect Healthings is an acronym for Associated Services and Products for Environment Collaboration with Technology for HEALing THINGS to HEALTHy THINGS. We are building multiple Waste to Energy bio-refineries across different locations in India. We have received LoIs at our locations to set up these plants and supply our products to Oil Marketing Companies under SATAT scheme from the GoI. Some of our unique features are: 1. We are involving local entrepreneurs and raw material waste consolidators as stake holders in the project to ensure consistent supply of raw material. 2. We are training local people to operate and maintain the plant and creating employment at the local level. 3. We are using customised acclimatised bio-enzymes specific to substrates to improve the process of Bio-methanation and consistency in production. 4. We are using technology to improve the quality of the tertiary products to enable it to fetch better value and improve the viability of the bio-refinery 5. We are using IoT and cloud based software technology to improve monitoring of plants centrally and recommend improvements to the local operations team. 6. We have developed an advanced Bio-digester which helps us in reduction of size and cost and also reduces the cycle time of processing of the waste. The world-wide IP rights for this process rests with our technical advisor.
