In their own words
Assago Industries Private Limited is a company incorporated on August 23, 2021, with the purpose of manufacturing grain-based ethanol. The company plans to establish a 200 KLPD Zero Liquid Discharge (Kilo Liters per Day) ethanol distillery and a 6.2 MW captive power generation plant in East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, India. The ethanol produced by the company will primarily be used for blending with petroleum as a biofuel, and other by-products such as carbon dioxide (CO2) and dried distillers' grains with soluble (DDGS) will also be generated. The commercial operation of the plant is expected to commence on July 1, 2024, after a construction period of 12-15 months and additional time for pre-commissioning trial runs. The company aims to contribute to the government's Ethanol Blending Programme (EBP), which mandates the blending of ethanol with petrol by Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) in India. This program promotes the use of biofuels as an alternative to fossil fuels and aims to increase domestic ethanol production, reducing dependence on imports and making fuel costs more economical. By producing ethanol, Assago Industries Private Limited aims to support the government's initiative and help achieve the targeted ethanol blending percentage in fuel, thereby reducing pollution levels and promoting a cleaner environment. The government has emphasized achieving energy security in the country with a target of reducing import dependence on fossil fuels. This target is to be achieved by adopting a five-pronged strategy which includes Increasing Domestic Production, Adopting BiofuelOMCsenewable, Energy Efficiency Norms, Improvement in Refinery Processes and Demand Substitution.

Funding signals
We hold evidence classes, not events. There is no amount and no date here because we do not have them, and a class says only where the company was named. 4,228 of the 43,654 records in Delhi carry a signal of some class.
- Self-declared on the government form, unverified
The neighbourhood
This record carries no locality line, so the district is the finest ring we can place it in.
What we do not know
- no incorporation date
- no address beyond the district
We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A record existing here means a record exists, not that a business is trading.
