In their own words
We have a platform i.e. an android application where a person can either a) interact with an astrologer or b) learn astrology and become a practitioning astrologer. In order to be better, the focus is: 1. To build stronger tech with easy UX/UI in order to incorporate the audience that doesn't even use smartphones yet + existing market. 2. To hire less but quality astrologers in order to provide quality and 24/7 customer support. 3. To build an ecosystem where we can teach astrology (with ISO certification) and hire those astrologers on our app. This will increase loyalty among our astrologers and thus, increase retention in consultation. 4. To bridge the gap between astrology and psychology. People always fear uncertainty and chaos and that's why they turn to astrology. Most of times what they also need is guidance which we believe comes from psychology. In order to test this, we have launched a different feature called confession box or listener box where we've hired a psychologist to listen to people. This can help us in creating a platform for both the audiences I.e. the one looking for astrologers and the other looking for psychologists. This will also lead cross selling. 5. We also specialize in different categories like sex astrology, nutrition astrology and second shaadi astrology. This increases retention as no other platform offers this. Even though the retention rate of consultation is less (across the industry), the retention rate and cross selling of courses is very high. 4 out of 5 students end up buying other courses. We're the only platform which provides the opportunity to learn from and work at the same place. Currently, we have a minimum viable product and economies of scale can and will lead to huge profits.
