ATB consulting LLP is formed by 2 professional who used to work for top global management consultancy firms and have knowledge about the needs of the finance department of management consultancy firms and other small and mid-size business operating all around the world. India is rich in human resources, and due to the high currency rates of USD, CAD and EURO, there is a huge gap between the salaries paid by the employees in India Vs that paid in American and European continent to educated personnel. Till now only the big brands such as ADP, Microsoft & Accenture used this model to scale their business in a cost-effective manner. We saw an opportunity to use skilled labour in India by providing them with the training of latest techniques, technology and educational resources used around the world and target the small and mid-size consultancy firms and small business to outsource their finance and taxation operations to us. We are in process of acquiring work from nations like USA, Canada and European nation. This arrangement will be a win-win situation for both the entities as those entities will be saving both on efforts and monetary aspects, and Indian skilled labour will get employment and learn new ways of doing the work with help of the advanced software. We believe that this model is highly scalable as there are very few players in this field who are equipped to train their employees to the global standards and make a place from themselves in the international market. This will generate huge employment opportunities for Indians and will be great wealth booster for both the owner and the employees.
