Introducing AthenaSquare: A decentralized referral network of Tech influencers for hiring, branding, and engaging with developers worldwide - Used by 15+ Startups Team: We are a team of batchmates from NIT Bhopal with a combined 12+ YOE working in Tech at companies like Microsoft, Thoughtworks, JPMorgan, and Citi. We share a common passion for helping more people build better careers in Tech because of the massive impact it had on our lives. We have closely seen the rapidly growing market for Developer tools and Tech jobs. Our vision is to democratize access to tech jobs irrespective of college, background, and even location in the post-covid job market. What we Do: Companies struggle to engage, hire and retain developers - we help them to do it with less time and monetary investment. Over 50% of hiring at Big Tech is through referrals. An army of employees helps companies attract the best talent. We are building a decentralized referral network leveraging the growing market of Tech influencers and exponentially rising digital footprints. A suite of tools businesses can use for engagement and outreach with developers and tech influencers, screening candidates for hiring, and background verification of hired candidates. The timing could not have been better as we find ourselves building at the intersection of a rapidly growing developer market, a rising creator economy, and a web3 ecosystem.
