Established in the year 2021, we, “Atisarv Hospitality” are one of the well-known organizations engaged in providing Food and Catering Services on the clients. We have vast knowledge regarding various types of food items, due to which we can meet the requirements of the food lovers. Our chefs are multitalented and they are capable of preparing various dishes, which are rich in taste and aroma. We also hold expertise in preparing various types of Indian cuisines, which delights the mood of the guest. Diet plays a vital role in the treatment of patients. Proper diet is the key to good health and vigour. Inadequate and improper diets are not only responsible for under nutrition but also contribute to several chronic degenerative diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and cancer. The Dietary department which consists of Dieticians has got a role in the decision-making system for client’s care. Dieticians not only cater to the client’s food requirement, but they are responsible for planning, prescribing and counselling clients about their diet according to their diseased conditions In our dietary services along with meal planning, the dietary service must supply nutritional care for its patients by providing diet counselling. We provide a registered Dietitian is on staff to provide dietary counselling. The purpose of the Dietary Guidelines for Indian is to provide advice on what to eat and drink to build a healthy diet that can promote healthy growth and development, help prevent diet-related chronic disease, and meet nutrient needs. Our main objectives are; • To maintain good nutritional status. • To educate about how diet plays a major role in the treatment of various diseases. • To modify the daily diet pattern to meet client’s requirement during various occasions. • To correct deficiencies. • Diet therapy in most instances is not a remedy in itself but is a measure which supplements or makes the medical or surgical treatment more effective.
