Atmik Happitude Foundation is building an integrated well-being platform for India, with mental well-being as its core focus. We are creating a trusted ecosystem where individuals and organizations can understand their well-being needs and access the right support. India's current well-being landscape is fragmented and difficult to navigate. Individuals struggling with stress, anxiety, or simply seeking personal growth often don't know where to start or whom to trust. Organizations recognize that employee well-being impacts productivity and culture, but available solutions are often generic and hard to measure. Atmik is here to change that. We are building a platform that makes well-being measurable and actionable. Our approach combines assessment tools to help users understand their needs, structured pathways for growth and improvement, and access to a curated network of trusted experts and services. We serve individuals directly while also offering tailored solutions for companies, educational institutions, and other organizations. What makes Atmik unique is our integrated model. Instead of offering just one service like therapy, coaching, or content, we are bringing these elements together in one place. This creates a seamless experience for users and a more effective approach to well-being—one that is preventive, developmental, and accessible to all.
