AugnaAR Technologies is a startup company of students of Rajasthan Technical University which deals with the Augmented Reality based solutions. Augmented reality (AR) is an interactive experience of a real-world environment where the objects that reside in the real world are enhanced by computer-generated perceptual information, sometimes across multiple sensory modalities, including visual, auditory, haptic, somatosensory and olfactory. AugnaAR will provide solutions in many sectors such as: Education, Real estate, e-commerce, industry and manufacturing etc. Starting with the education sector, AugnaAR introduces the first product named MentAR. MentAR is an application which is designed for the needs of all i.e., a teacher, a student, a professor, etc. In this pandemic time students are not able to study at any institute, the private school’s tuition fees are more so parents are shifting their children to government schools, but we all know that government school teachers are less preferred over private ones. Even the private ones have to teach online, which is difficult to do so because explaining the same without being physical is problematic. Because of the above reasons and great visual effects more and more students are preferring online educating services like, Vedantu, Byju’s etc. Even after doing so, students are not satisfied, they say that the importance of physical teacher cannot be replaced whether it be smart classes or online education services. Here comes the MentAR, which acts as a bridge between the conventional teaching and modern teaching. MentAR is designed such that: A teacher can increase his/her teaching skills through great visual effects. A student can understand everything by referring the textbook as it mostly covers the syllabus. Apart from the syllabus some basic knowledge is visualized. It is useful even after the pandemic when everyone starts joining schools physically.
