Executive Summary 1. The team consisting of Veteran Air Warriors has formed a company named ‘AviaTraining Solutions Pvt Ltd’. The company has decided that providing technology based training solution to our armed forces and other organizations in Defence and Aerospace sector would be our core business. 2. The technologies that will be used to develop these solutions would be E – Learning (CBT), Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR). Based on these technologies company shall also develop simulators for the client. The company has already signed MOU with a foreign company which has experience of development solutions for F 15, F 16, C 130 and AH 64 helicopters. Their solutions are in use by Malaysian, Thailand and Singapore Air Forces. The company is also in dialogue with other companies for similar association. 3. Govt of India is encouraging Indian companies to develop solutions under ‘Make in India’. Company will be developing all solutions under Make in India. 4. The company sees great opportunities in the field of training in Defence and Aerospace sector. The company has forecasted good growth based on their capabilities and available opportunities.
