Avtar Surgical and Pharmaceuticals Private Limited (“the Company”) was incorporated on October 9, 2021. The Company has three directors, who have a very rich and long experience in Trading of Medical, Surgical, FMCG products and Service industry such as Telecom, Telecom Towers, Finance etc. business segments for a period ranging from 20 years to 50 years. The Company plans to enter into the Manufacturing business. Especially, to manufacture Highest Quality of Surgical and Medical products including Examination gloves, Cleaning Solutions, Sodium Hypochlorite, Cotton Pads, Cotton Gauges, Syringes, Sutures etc. for Domestic and Export market specially UK, Europe, South American Countries etc. Please note that currently, none of the companies in India manufacture the thread used in the surgical sutures and rely on importing it and merely assemble the needle and imported thread to make sutures of various grades. However, Avtar Surgical and Pharmaceuticals Private Limited plans to set-up a manufacturing plant (Unique Selling Proposition) to manufacture the thread required to assemble the surgical sutures, which will replace India’s dependency on import. The Company plans to attain a scale to be a net exporter of all the products manufactured by the Company. Which will result in enhancing the Reserve Bank of India’s Foreign Exchange reserves and has potential to create employment for more than 100 people. Additionally, the Company plans to expand its manufacturing business in the similar fields, including related services. The Company leased a piece of land measuring approx. 21,000 square feet from the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (“MIDC”) for approx. 66 years located in Hingna, Nagpur, Maharashtra. The Company is currently in the building construction phase and plans to launch the manufacturing unit before end of March 2024. The Government of India’s Start-up Recognition for our Company will help us carry our unique business plan swiftly forward.
