In today's dairy industry, a pressing concern is the significant wastage of whey, a byproduct generated during paneer production. This wastage leads to environmental pollution and substantial nutrient loss due to lack of adequate repurposing technology. In parallel, consumer preferences in the beverage market are shifting towards healthier options like sugar-free, low carbohydrate, made from natural ingredients, etc. Our company aims to bridge these gaps by developing a technology to repurpose the wasted whey into a functional beverage fortified with medicinal herbs from North-East India and probiotic Lactic Acid Bacteria. We offer a healthy alternative to soft drinks with the goodness of AYUSH-approved herbs named WHEYLTHY. This product will cater to adults, children, and individual victims of lifestyle disorders.
