Ayuvinc Healthcare Systems has built consent-native, patient-owned longitudinal healthcare record for India. India has no health memory layer — medical histories sit on paper or inside institution-owned silos and are lost every time a patient changes providers. Ayuvinc solves this at the architectural level: the record belongs to the patient as Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, lives with them for life, and is shared with any provider through purpose-specific, revocable, cryptographically logged consent. Dhara, a UUID-native record schema on FHIR R4 national health data standards, an un-bypassable consent engine with append-only audit trails, all health data processed on Indian infrastructure, and an offline-available database so records remain accessible and updatable in low-connectivity rural India, syncing when the network returns. The founding team carries the problem and the capability in equal measure: a CEO who is a two-time kidney transplant recipient and Certified Fraud Examiner with 13+ years leading forensic investigations at Deloitte, PwC and Optum — he spent twenty years reciting his medical history from memory across hospitals on three continents; a TOGAF-certified CTO with 16 years building regulated healthcare, banking and insurance platforms across seven countries for J.P. Morgan, Cigna and HSBC; and a practicing MD dermatologist as Chief Clinical Officer.
