The storage of fruits and vegetable is a big issue now, if the same is not store properly, the fruit and vegetable will stale too early. the wastage of fresh fruits and vegetables is quite high. Generally, countries which have higher produce of food crops are the ones which hold the maximum share in wastage of food. cold storage is quite necessary for extending the marketing period, shelf life, post-harvesting, avoiding gluten, and reducing transporting bottleneck during the higher production of food items and maintaining the product quality. The Company comes up with cold storage in order to sort the issue of the said problem. This will help to sort the following issues:- 1. Healthy fruits and vegetable for long run 2. Availability of non-seasonal fruits and vegetable at any point of time 3. Cost effective 4. Off-season farm products are available at affordable rates. 5. It helps in providing remunerative price to farmers. 6. Packaged or processed food are available to customers 7. It reduces the wastage of vegetables and fruits.
